When we join or affiliate with the local United Methodist Church, we agree to support the church with our Prayers, Presence, Gifts, Service and Witness. We are constantly looking for and creating ways that allow our members and guests to “give” in a variety of ways. As with any ministry, your financial gift is greatly appreciated and allows us to be the “hands and feet of Christ” in this community and the world. Recurring Giving – Set up automatic payments by ACH funds transfer with your financial institution directly from your bank to our (form available from the church office to fill out and give to your bank).
Designated Gifts – From time to time, individuals may seek to make gifts above and beyond their general giving, pledge, or tithed amount. We currently offer the following areas for designated giving and may be marked on your check or in your e-Giving, as appropriate:
Samaritan Fund – A specific fund used to assist the needy in our community who present to the Pastor or Church Office with financial needs including utility bills, fuel bill, rent, mortgage, groceries, etc.
Building Fund – A specific fund currently used to reduce the principal and retire the small building loan currently held on the church facilities and property.
Food For Friends – A specific fund used to offset the costs related to our Food Pantry Ministry and the monthly programs we offer. Currently, we are serving on weekdays by request only, and on the 4th Saturday of each month with our Drive-In distribution.
